If a tour or service has been booked but needs to be cancelled, written notification must be sent to us. The cancellation charges will be applied based on the number of days prior to arrival, as follows:
An administration fee of $200 will apply to all cancelled tours.
Due to the high-demand holiday period (Christmas and New Year), most hotels require 100% advance payment at the time of booking. As a result, cancellation fees during this period will range from 50% to 60% of the total cost, effective from the date of booking, regardless of cancellation timing.
A valid visa is mandatory for all foreign nationals traveling to India. Pioustravel is not responsible for visa-related issues, delays, or denials. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain the appropriate visa before departure.
Refunds for unused or unutilized services (that were paid for and cancelled in advance) will be calculated based on the Cancellation Policy above. Refunds will be issued to the original payer.

By accessing, browsing, or making a booking through pioustravel.com, users agree to comply with these terms. Any violation may result in legal action by Pioustravel and its associated entities.
1.1 This agreement (“Customer Agreement” or “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions under which Pioustravel.com and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Pioustravel”) provide services to individuals (“Customer”) who book or inquire about travel products and services via the pioustravel.com website or through any of our customer channels — including sales representatives, offices, call centers, advertisements, or public communications.
1.2 Each party (Customer and Pioustravel) is individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
2.1 Terms used in singular or plural form are equally applicable. Pronouns include masculine, feminine, and neutral forms as context requires. Words such as “include,” “includes,” and “including” are followed by “without limitation.” References like “herein,” “hereof,” “hereto,” and “hereunder” refer to this entire Agreement.
3.1 Headings are for reference only and do not define, limit, or interpret the content of this Agreement.
3.2 In case of conflict between these terms and any additional terms on specific pages of pioustravel.com, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
4.1 By using Pioustravel’s services, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement, which governs all transactions and is legally binding.
4.2 Pioustravel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website or services at any time, without notice, for maintenance or other reasons.
4.3 Additional Terms of Service (TOS) may apply to specific services (e.g., flights, holiday packages, MICE). These TOS form part of this Agreement. In case of conflict, this Agreement takes precedence.
4.4 Customers are responsible for complying with the rules and policies of third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels), including fare rules, contracts of carriage, and cancellation policies.
4.5 Use of Pioustravel’s services constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
4.6 In the event of conflict with any other Pioustravel document, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
5.1 By using account access features on pioustravel.com, you authorize Pioustravel and its agents to access third-party platforms (e.g., banks, payment gateways) to retrieve necessary information.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.
5.3 You must immediately report any unauthorized access or security breach to support@pioustravel.com . Pioustravel is not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account.
5.4 You may not use another person’s login credentials under any circumstances.
6.1 Pioustravel reserves the right to charge listing, transaction, or service fees, and may modify these fees at any time without notice.
6.2 The Customer is responsible for all charges, taxes, duties, and assessments related to the use of our services.
6.3 In case of undercharging due to technical or human error, Pioustravel reserves the right to claim the outstanding amount after the transaction.
6.4 If a reservation fails to confirm for any reason, we will process a refund. However, Pioustravel is not obligated to rebook, compensate, or replace the unconfirmed service. Any new booking will be treated as a separate transaction.
6.5 Refund requests for unused or “no-show” bookings (flights, hotels) must be submitted within 90 days of the scheduled departure (flight) or check-in date (hotel). Requests after this period will not be honored, and unclaimed amounts will be forfeited.
6.6 Non-refundable costs (e.g., flight tickets, local activities) are the responsibility of the customer in the event of cancellation.
